The Gay Police Association, in conjunction with the Scottish Police College, will be hosting a film screening of ‘Milk’ as part of LGBT History Month together with an introduction to, and information about, LGBT History.
The event is aimed at new police recruits and it is hoped that there will be approximately 150 recruits in attendance. The GPA will provide handouts and an after-event refreshment, as well as a chance to discuss the film and LGBT issues.
The police college (which provides training for all Scottish police forces) and the GPA, which represents all Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual staff working within the police service in Scotland, are delighted to participate in LGBT History Month.
Places for this event are extremely limited – if you live in the local area and wish to attend, please use the contact e-mail address provided to enquire about securing a place for this screening and the GPA will do their best to accommodate you.
