SWAN is a networking group open to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans employees from both the public and private sectors within Scotland and aims to give employees the confidence to be themselves within their workplace. We also welcome people from the ‘third’ sector.
It’s free to join and has been set up to connect the separate people networks in various companies and organisations. The group meets regularly in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The events normally consist of brief introductions from the hosts followed by informal networking over coffee.
