Join the Women’s Wellbeing Group as they celebrate LGBT History Month with a personalised physical activity session!
Meet at the LGBT Centre at 2pm and leave at 2.15pm to walk to Glenogle Swim Centre together. There you’lll take part in your very own BodyBalance class taken by Edinburgh Leisure. BodyBalance is described as a “dynamic yoga based class leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed”.
Remember to wear your loose and comfy clothes (or bring them with you and change at Glenogle!) and don’t worry about footwear as you’ll be doing the class in bare feet or socks. Also bring along a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
After the class you’ll have a chance to chat and socialise over coffee in nearby Stockbridge.
