Small Step, Big Change encourages individuals to do something to raise awareness, challenge perception and support LGBT History Month.

If everyone takes a small step and does something to celebrate and mark LGBT History Month, communities can make big changes towards celebrating and understanding diversity. The idea is simple. Pick a small step from the list below, or come up with your own idea; carry out the action during February and let us know how it went.

We believe that by visiting this website, by showing an interest you are already making a difference!
