ABERDEEN NIGHTS OUT PRODUCE ART PIECES
26/01/2008

Revellers became artists as they visited Aberdeen's pubs and clubs.
Members of the city's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community took part in the project during nights out.

And now the moving pieces are on show at the ROUND AB OUT Exhibition, which celebrates the lives of the LGBT community in the city.

The show was launched at the Robert Gordon University and is part of a visual arts project across Scotland.

Student Mark Duguid said: "Writing and drawing about personal issues that may not ordinarily be expressed within the public domain was without doubt a liberating experience for a great many of the participants involved."
