Calling all musicians, singer/songwriters, poets, comedians and storytellers!
Tuesday 26th February 7.30pm
Out of the Bedroom, Edinburgh's leading open mic night for original songwriters is proud to announce that it will be holding a special night in support of LGBT History Month, entitled "Out of the Closet". This will be held at The Canon's Gait Bar (232 Canongate, Edinburgh) on Tuesday 26th February.
If you are a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgendered performer, or are simply someone who wishes to perform in order to show your support for the LGBT communities and acknowledge their rich history, then we want to hear from you!
The normal Out of the Bedroom rules will be relaxed on this night, which means we'll allow playing covers, poetry, standup comedy and storytelling on top of the usual original music! You may also book a slot in advance. We can't guarantee the length of slots at the moment, but we hope to give everyone who wishes to perform the chance to do so.
