Glasgow and Edinburgh Planning Groups

Would you like to be part of a planning group in Edinburgh or Glasgow?
We are looking for people who either already link into another project, or would like to be involved through LGBT History Month to identify, plan, deliver and evaluate LGBTI History Month events in 2011 around the theme of Relationships.
All you need is a few hours per month to come along to the planning groups, and to then work as part of smaller teams to come up with events.
These events may be linked into the place you already work / volunteer.
For example if you work with sexual health at another agency you may want to come along and find out how LGBTI History Month could enhance your work in February - this might be by looking at sexual health relationships, historical campaigns or the history of HIV?
Having plannings groups enables us to learn from each other - maybe share ideas for fundraisers, identify spaces for exhibitions or even decide on a range of films that would link into the themes?
Planning dates are:
Glasgow 12th August, 6-8pm
Edinburgh 17th August 6-8pm
