We know the situation for LGBT people is very different in different parts of the world, so this History Month is a chance to learn more about other countries, and to think about how we can show our support to other LGBT people and activists, no matter where they live.
Throughout February, LGBT youth Scotland's youth groups will be looking at these topics.
Each youth group will also be finding out more about a specific country and sharing some of what they've learned on the @LGBTYS social media channels during History Month.
Finally, on Monday 28 February, all of our groups and young people who are signed up to our Pride and Pixels Discord server will be invited to join together for an action-packed closing event.
We'll be welcoming Ralu Baciu from the The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer & Intersex Youth and Student Organisation (IGLYO) to tell us a bit about their work and how young people can get involved in international LGBT activism. They'll also take part in a Q&A, so think about what questions you might like to ask!
If you're an LGBT young person aged 13-25, you can join one of our youth groups around Scotland and get signed up to our Pride and Pixels Discord community. Just get in touch at info@lgbtyouth.org.uk to find out more from one of our digital youth workers.

If you are not already a member of Pride and Pixels please register with a youth worker in advance
