Building Solidarity with LGBTQIA+ and Refugee Communities

Join us for a guest panel of experts by experience and conversation on how we can build solidarity with our LGBTQIA+ and refugee communities

Our panellists will be sharing their experiences as queer people and as refugees as we work together to break down walls and brainstorm solutions.

This event is hosted by The Welcoming, an Edinburgh charity supporting New Scots (refugees, asylum seekers and migrants), and Micro Rainbow, the leading national organisation for LGBTQI asylum seekers and refugees.

The panel is built of members of our local communities. Audience participation is encouraged.

Register now and be a part of LGBTQIA+ history.

We are more powerful when we stand together. We can learn from intersectional experience and make realistic change in our own lives.
