Time for Inclusive Education (TIE) and Filmhouse have partnered for LGBT History Month on a new project for secondary schools in Scotland.
The project uses two films - Pride (15) and Battle of the Sexes (12) - as an opportunity for learning about LGBT history, and to develop pupils' understanding of prejudice, discrimination, and the experiences of LGBT people in the past and present.
Full lesson plans to accompany each film will be provided in PDF format. These will be emailed to you in advance and made public on the lgbteducation.scot platform.
