LGBTQ+ Film Night: Some Like it Hot!

An in-person film night for LGBTQ+ people (16+) living in or travelling to Edinburgh, to celebrate LGBT History Month and launch the new regular series of film events!

LGBT Health and Wellbeing, with the support of LGBT Youth Scotland, are launching brand new quarterly film nights (In-person when possible!) for the LGBTQ+ community of all ages (16+) in and travelling to Edinburgh. We're particularly keen to bring different generations together to connect, learn and help to bond ties in our community.

Come and spend a fun and low pressure evening together as we screen the 1959 comedy classic, Some Like it Hot. It's packed with fun and questionably queer content so whether you've seen it lots or never before, it's always thought-provoking to view films together as a community.

With some light refreshments and a chance to chat after the film, it's an opportunity to reconnect and socialise in a safe and relaxed setting. Covid safety guidelines are in place for both before and during the event to help us protect each other as best we can.

Access:

The venue Duncan Place and our event features the following:

- Wheelchair access
- Accessible, gender neutral toilets
- Disabled parking spaces x 2
- Quiet space set back from the film screening
- English Subtitles
