Liberty's Lunchtime Lectures: Queer Women Through History
This event looks at the fascinating history of Queer women in Britain.
Starting in the 1600’s, you will hear long forgotten and misreported stories come to life and understand the challenges that LGBTQI+ women still face today, with Lisa Charlwood-Green, Founder and Director of The WOW Network.
Lisa has actively championed for LGBT equality and diversity for over 19 years, starting with her work at Glasgay! LGBT Switchboard as a trained counsellor, and as an advisor to Scottish Government, and is currently Chair of the charity, Outspoken Arts
