The Drag-Opticon Show

The Drag-Opticon show is a monthly live cabaret/variety show with a drag twist. All acts are performed by the very best of the local drag artists.

Previous acts have included lip syncing, live singing, live music, puppetry, stand up comedy, poetry/spoken word, many styles of dance including tap, vogue, waacking, contemporary and burlesque, we’ve even had someone playing the saw as a musical instrument!

Drag-Opticon is held in the Britannia Panopticon Music Hall in Glasgow, Scotland. A historic and beautiful venue, it’s the oldest surviving Music Hall in the World. Stan Laurel made his stage debut there.
